The speed and athleticism of live netball needs to be seen to be believed. The International scene sees NZ and Australia, the powerhouses of netball play annually for bragging rights. A domestic and international season provides fans ample opportunity to witness live their superstars in action.
This year saw the start of two different domestic leagues in both NZ and Australia. After years of a combined competition it was mutually agreed to go back to their own leagues. It has been an interesting season and pros and cons are still on the discussion table.
It is important that the pathway for talent is done correctly in order for NZ to compete at the highest level.
With the local competition and the International calendar there is plenty of netball for supporters to get along to.
