2012 ASB Classic
The 2012 ASB Classic will have one of the best fields in the tournament's history with the top eight seeds for the tournament being ranked among the best 30 players in the world. Unseeded former world number 1 and seven time Grand Slam winner Venus Williams adding the superstar element.
Also returning for the event are defending champion Greta Arn, 2009 champion Yanina Wickmayer and rising star Julia Goerges.
